Update: The branch manager from Dewey Pest Control followed up after my feedback, personally completed a new inspection, apologized for the billing issue, confirmed a refund, and shared that he’ll be working hands-on with his team to ensure proper service and communication is provided moving forward. I appreciate the accountability and the effort to make things right.Original Review: I was genuinely excited to start service with Dewey and expected a straightforward experience. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. My signed agreement clearly shows the $299 initial service fee was waived, and that I would only be paying the lower bi-monthly rate. Despite this, I was still charged the $299. When I brought it up, I was told I was mistaken and that we had discussed something different. At that point, I didn’t want to continue going back and forth. I simply understood that the trust was lost. Because of this I canceled service. Trust matters, and when the contract and the billing don’t match, it’s hard to move forward.
We’ve had Dewey’s for many years.Our bug man Ralph is the Best! Ralph tends to any new troubles that may be going around besides the normal maintenance spraying and Webstering. He always reminds me to call if I have any problems between service.Ralph does take the time to call andschedule a time for service.Ralph is very aware we have a dog and treats her with extra kindness. I highly recommend Dewey’s to anyone looking for excellent Pest Contol.
