Ivan completed a termite inspection (due to recent home improvements we knew we needed termite treatment). He provided a very thorough inspection and went over our options in a clear and understandable way. Ramiro come in that same afternoon and placed all of our needed bait containers. All in all it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Terminex.

Jason did a fantastic job addressing my cockroach problem! He was prompt, organized and courteous while setting up my appointment. When he arrived he listened to my issue and did a thorough inspection to assess the problem. He answered all my questions and took time to walk me through the steps of the service. Jason did a thorough job and made sure I had no additional questions or concerns before he left. I'm relieved and grateful that my home is now cockroach free!

I spoke with the office days ago, explained that I would be driving 3 hours into town and how I needed a firm commitment for the specific day and time. They agreed to have a technician out for the home inspection. The evening before, I get a call from a technician 'Mark', and he said he would not be able to make it and we would have to schedule another day, which would be after our escrow deadline. And now, because of this there is no time to reach out to another company. Furthermore, Mark, would not hear me out when I was voicing my situation that Terminex put me in. I did not raise my voice, I was not rude. But he just kept cutting me off and acted like he had a flight to catch. He simply had no interest in hearing me out. I told him as a fellow contractor that this situation and his demeanor was not professional, and I hung up as he ranted on, still not trying to let me get a word in edgewise. He then proceeded to text me, that he could possible get another tech out tomorrow morning, but the price would be 30% higher than what the office quoted me. I told him no thanks, and do not contact me again. I understand things come up, I'm a contractor too. But when a client is expressing a situation, our tech's are trained to listen, sympathize and send an upset client up the chain if a resolution is not feasible.
