Johnnell was great, kind and very knowledgeable about my situation and even informed me of an opening, I would’ve never seen underneath my house! Daryll was extremely kind and gentle as he was inspecting for termites.ButJARROD was the greatest of all time!Jarrod was extremely knowledgeable and really helped me with information in order to collaborate together to get my situation under control once and for all! After having a contract with a different company for over a year and this issue not solved I really was the damsel in distress!!!!!! Lately I haven’t even been sleeping well and feeling like this was a lost cause! Jarrod ensured me that it was solvable and gave me a glimpse of hope!!
Moxie has thus far been excellent. We have had several technicians spanning 2 years, Antonio being the most recent, and they have all been very kind and truly professional. We have noticed the dramatic difference in our pest issues even when they varied in species. We have multiple pets and have had no issues there either. Great company to work with.

It really was a pleasure having Brandon to do our service from Moxie for bug control. He was so polite and respectful for keeping our home clean. His professionalism was top notch for taking care to keep a rag on the end of the sprayer making sure no extra got anywhere. Also taking care to make sure to not harm any pets. He was very thorough and it didn’t feel rushed at all. His main priority was us feeling satisfied. I will be requesting him in the future and hope I’m lucky enough to get him again.
