Extremely Disorganized & Unreliable ServiceWe had an urgent commercial situation and contacted Orkin Barrie expecting professional, coordinated support. Unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite.There were no timely call backs, despite multiple requests. Each representative we spoke to had no awareness of previous conversations, no internal notes, and no clear understanding of the urgency. We repeatedly had to re-explain the situation from the beginning.Incredibly, a technician was dispatched from three hours away by mistake, which further delayed service during what was clearly communicated as an emergency.When we called back to address the error, the call was abruptly disconnected instead of being resolved.For a company operating in commercial pest control—where response time and communication are critical—this level of disorganization is unacceptable.We will be filing a formal complaint. If you require dependable emergency service and proper coordination, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Can't really speak to the outcome right now, but very hopeful l will not have to deal with carpenter ants again, or at least until the spring. Staff was amazing from my initial contact, through working with the very friendly and helpful technician and even paying my bill, all very professional and knowledgeable. While l hope to not speak to them again for a while, l would definitely do so if need be.
Fabulous customer service starting with Darlene in the office right to Ryan the tech. Both were very knowledgeable, detailed and a pleasure to deal with. 5 stars for sure!
If I could, I wouldn’t even give them a one star I would give them an absolute zero!! I called this company set up an appointment to have them come in and take care of a wasp nest. They were supposed to phone me when they were on the way, it was a four hour Window for them to arrive and once that time was over, I phoned to find out what was going on. The girl that answered said she would get ahold of the technician. She called me back about 20 minutes later and said she couldn’t get sold of him and Didn’t know what hadhappened because my appointment was Set for that day. She then told me she would reach out to the manager and get back to me, but if I didn’t hear from her, she would email me as to what was going on and to book Time. I never got another phone call. I never got another email. I had not heard from them again and I still have. My wasp problem. I would suggest anyone that has any kind of issue call another company don’t deal with these guys. They’re terrible and very disrespectful. They don’t care about the little guy obviously!!!!!
Wasp nest removal was great! Carsyen removed nest safely and at our request preserved it My grandson will learn about paper wasps! Great!
