My initially thought was a little weary due to some communication disconnects, but I am pleased with the actual service and follow up. They treated my property well. And showed up when they said they would.

Possibly more of a reflection of an individual rather than the whole company BUT - just about the bottom of the barrel as far as customer service goes. I ended up asking the gentleman to leave my property after he became argumentative and dismissive of each point I raised (I've never had to be such a "Karen" but it was pretty bad). I could tell from the moment he pulled up that he did not think he needed to be here - and this is a Supervisor.He did not answer basic questions I had about the termite bait stations and when asked to step through a logical question he refused and simply stated "I am a professional". As he was getting into his truck I stated that this was a terrible customer service experience to which he yelled back across my driveway, "you're a terrible person". So throw a personal attack on top of it all. Will be promptly moving my business to Fox Pest Control who are polite and more customer oriented.To the management: As someone who deals in customer service frequently, a qualified technician is not always your best bet for customer interactions. He may very well be a great tech, but he needs a class or two. Elements he missed completely are: empathy, problem solving, communication, active listening, patience, positive attitude, and CRM.
Been using this company for about 13 years and never had one issue. Recently upgraded my termite system and D was great! He is very personable and friendly. Highly recommend these guys!
