After the first spray a very minimal amount of bugs were around my light fixture outside barely could see them. Very knowledgeable Orkin associate. The home inspection was nice didn’t know that came with the deal. From your home inspection that part can get kinda pricey depending on what your home needs… you don’t have to get anything if you don’t want it. Overall good service the first month was kinda high but again that goes off how many beds and bathrooms you have so price varies my monthly bill is cheap though.
Corey was very nice and thorough. This was his first time here. After he left I noticed bugs on the floor in my pantry. I called him back and he returned to see what they were and also to spray them. Very happy with the service and with Corey.
Cory showed up and was well within his window of service. Polite and well mannered. Listened to our concerns and what we’ve tried. Explained his plan on what and how he would treat everything. It started raining before we could get to the yard but he had a backup for that. Very happy with Cory and our initial visit. He set easy to understand expectations and follow up instructions on next steps.
I am very unimpressed with Orkin. They have a deal with my apartment complex and obviously don't care about how they treat their customers. Orkin has been to my apartment 5 times since I've moved in. The first time was decent. They looked around the kitchen, baited a few cabinets, sprayed, and then left. However, after the first time they came I began to see German Cockroach nymphs throughout the house and an egg capsule (so I called them back). The problem I have with Orkin is that they don't believe me and don't take action about the new things I've been seeing. It is engraved in the exterminators mind that my apartment does not have a problem and that these bugs are coming from outside. I did my research, and he is wrong. German roaches do not come in from outside, but they travel by humans (in cardboard boxes and bags). The people who lived here before me obviously were slobs and didn't care about this problem. Each time Orkin has come after their initial visit, they have only sprayed the baseboards and refuse to listen to my concerns.
