Brooks pest control has been amazing from the first call I placed. The scheduler was exceptional, he explained everything and worked with me to get a tech out right away. The technician, Sam was polite, professional and thorough! I now have peace of mind. Great customer service. Thank you!
Don't do pest control through this company. Because when they say that your contract's up and you ride it in, they keep they keep charging, you. I got the pest control. It was fine. But when I got the mosquito plan, I told him I said, hey I got another outfit, go ahead and cancel the mosquito plan and they said that was fine. They never did. And they kept charging mosquito plants for $69 from November to March 3rd and told them mosquitoes aren't around in the wintertime here in Oregon and after the, we told him to stop service, they kept our service on and kept charging me and put on a new contract that I did not accept. I will never do business with this company ever again.
Service was good. I did not receive a courtesy call notifying when the tech would arrive. No time window in the notification email. We have dogs that stay outside while we are at work. Some sort of time window or call should be standard. Other than that everything was fine.
Our technician was in and out. I had to check and make sure any substance was even used. We have a dog and a two gate system in our back yard. Neither gate were secure. We have had issues with our dog chewing wires on our trailer the past, she’s a puppy. She was given access to this area today, as well as access to our starlink satellite. The gate was not secure. Meaning, our property was not left as the technician found it and could have resulted in a lot of damage that would cost a lot of money to replace. Not happy about the service we received.
John was very polite and on time! He brought his own shoe covers and was so considerate. He explained everything well and even left a note with instructions when he left. I was happy to have had John to work around our house. He is an excellent communicator and very thorough. Highly recommend him!
