Our service was good, but I am not giving 5 stars on the basis of the initial interaction.

When the technician arrived, he rang the door bell, waited, then began knocking on the door. I know this is part of his training, but my wife was on an important meeting for work. There was another time when neither adult was home when the service was performed. I don't think banging on the door and interacting with the homeowner is necessary if the service is strictly exterior. Please update your company's policy to reflect this, and you could be rewarded with a better customer experience.

This is 2 weeks after the 2nd treatment. Those disgusting little suckers were 99% dead and gone after the 1st treatment and the 2nd treatment nailed the 1% half dead ones. I loved my service rep. He was considerate of me (l was freaking out) and did a thorough job. A job well done, good customer service at a reasonable price.
I just scrubbed the top of the bed springs where those gross critters were camped. I used OxiClean spray and it got rid of 90% of the black corpses.
I might add re: the negative reviews... are you sure you had this company? There is a scammer under the sponsored ads that uses Pointe's name. I talked to him 3x before l figured out what was going on. You have to scroll past those ads until the page starts. Sorry about the bad experiences but l would sure call them again.

My home was treated by Johnathan. He is not our regular technician. But he was very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He was patient with me when I asked questions and addressed all my concerns. Thank you for doing a great job in servicing my home today. Nick and Johnathan are top notch technicians.

Sage did a good job explaining the services and was friendly and professional.
What I was not prepared for was hearing the wasps buzzing around in the vents after Pointe Pest Control left. I went into my room and this massive one was buzzing against my window.
(The price is for this installation but they plan to come out quarterly and will charge monthly for it, so it is not the total/final price.)

Made our bug problem worse then it ever was! We never had issues in our home just surrounding the home. This was even discussed when I was hiring them and that our focus was the bug problem around our home. Now we have a massive problem inside with spiders, ants, these tiny little bugs that are EVERYWHERE. And no improvements anywhere outside! In fact a massive spider problem my kids can’t even play! Within a few months we’ve used them (hired them in April) they’ve been out to my property 6x!! They have been the worst company we ever could have used because now the issue is worse! Attaching photos of the amount of tiny bugs in my kids toys bin, the bites my kids get being outside and few minutes & the type of spiders on my kids play area. When I finally had enough (we’re now only in August) and terminated services the rep was like oh we don’t really provide solutions for outside it helping inside pest control…and I’m like WHAT?? we NEVER had a inside problem until you!! So they LIED to us that they could help our issues and basically stole our money providing services that they couldn’t help! Beyond angry!! Stay far away from these liars!!!
