We cannot say enough good things about Erik, our service technician at Rottler Pest Control. He has been working with our family since July and has consistently gone above and beyond in every aspect of his job. Erik is incredibly responsive to any concerns we have before or after treatments and has even adjusted his schedule at the last minute to accommodate our needs. His inspections are always thorough, and he takes the time to clearly explain the processes and what to expect, which gives us complete confidence in the service being provided. On top of his professionalism and expertise, Erik is genuinely friendly and great with our dog, which we truly appreciate. Erik is a standout technician and a credit to Rottler Pest Control. I am in town from out of state and met Michael Hollems at a thanksgiving party. He told me about what he does at Rottler and it sounded like it could really benefit my elderly parents that are local. He gave me his card and explained how he could help them. Seemed like he really knew his stuff! Passed his card along, he seemed like a great guy made him promise he would be the one to help them.

Michael Hollems is always prompt for his appointments and is very thorough. He always asks if there are any concerns or problems that need to be address on our property. I've had other pest companies but Rottler and Michael are by far much better. Great guy and company.
