I could see through my Ring Cam that Brenden was doing a thorough job with the "Cob Wand" ?? - for the spider webs, as well as the spraying and the spreading of the dry material. I was able to do a walk around this morning (Sat 10/4), and there was noticeably a good amount of the dry material around the house and in the flower beds. The spraying looked to be spot on as well. I had dead spiders in the rocks and dead spiders hanging off my siding. Mission Accomplished! Well done, Brenden, thank you . ?? As a side note, it seems like the arachnids, insects, and sawfly larvae just exploded ?? this year. It was terrible. Anyhow, I did not take pictures of the spiders hanging off the siding (dead), but I did get one of what seems like the average sized spider this year in my yard or house. I submit to you, one exterminated spider: Exhibit A.

We have had a contract with Pointe Pest Control for five years now and have been consistently happy with their service. Recently we needed a wasp’s nest eradicated. Tom was happy to help and took the time to explain what he’d done to remedy the situation. Their customer service portal makes it easy to keep track of when they’re coming out and it provides a summation of the work performed each visit. Highly recommend!

Justin was professional and very polite. He also answered questions about the wasp nest: how long he believed it was there, what it was made of, and how the wasps created different entry ways. It was very interesting and educational! He even came earlier than expected, so that is a bonus!

James arrived early in the appointment window, was extremely polite and friendly, respectful of the property and handled our hornet issue! Since I contracted for a quarterly service, he also did the initial service for that and explained everything thoroughly. Very pleased with Pointe so far.
