I've been using APS for about three years now and I highly recommend. They solved my pest problem within the first six months. The guys are so friendly and professional and really listen to your concerns. Paul has been so helpful helping me get rid of the water bugs around my house. The price is great for the service they provide compared to other companys who aren't quiet as thorough.
APS is absolutely the best … hands down!! Professional, friendly and dependable service. In one treatment of my home, they remedied an issue that was apparently a struggle for the previous company (Orkin). APS service provider, Todd, is the man and I appreciate his knowledge and expertise offered in response to my questions. If you want peace of mind and results, APS IS THE ANSWER! I 100% recommend them. Trust me- I contracted with Orkin prior to switching to APS. They (Orkin) constantly told me that they couldn’t stop the tree roaches from occasionally coming into the home. Granted they would always be dead when I found them… I just didn’t want them in the house at all. I would ask “if you’re putting a barrier around the home why wouldn’t they die outside”. Their response (again) was always we can’t really control that. I’m like - Well why am I paying you … help me understand. As I said, APS got it done in one treatment and I haven’t seen those pests since. Don’t hesitate or get caught up in big brands like I did … choose APS!
I just started using them as I’m a new homeowner. I’m quite pleased with the work that has been completed so far. Scheduling an appointment was easy and the tech I worked with Jimmy was very courteous. He answered all my questions and was very helpful during that process. One additional thing that I was appreciative of was that I wasn’t being talked into an up sale. There was 100% transparency with Jimmy and I couldn’t have asked for anything more with that. I’ll continue to use APS in the future.
Our service technician is great, always is. Communicates well. Patient with our delay in responding. On time, thorough, and helpful. Answer our questions. Billing is terrible. I promptly paid our bill via the link that APS provide on the same day the service was done, and I received a receipt and email thanking me for our payment. This morning, I received a voicemail asking me when I was going to pay the bill and if I wanted to use a card over the phone. I called APS and was told that the payment had not been recorded and the bill was still outstanding. The person who answered the phone then checked further and found that the bill had indeed been paid. This happens every time we receive service. The excuse is always the same, something about the payment portal not alerting them them immediately when payment has been made. I don't understand why this cannot be fixed. If not for the billing practices, I'd easily give APS 5 stars.
