Cook's insists today that I must put my Mother's house in my name. She passed away in 2011. I had the mailing address changed in 2011 but now they are insisting that it should be put in my name. The house has not been sold or anything. I have the same termite service at my house so they said they are going to CANCEL my termite contract. I told them to send me 2 termite bonds and I will take my business elsewhere. Cook's has had the termite contracts for over 20 years and I will need to have proof that there aren't any termites atveitger house to get a bew contract. Customer service isn't what it used to be.
My technician, Steve is very personable, asking about any concerns or issues I'm having. I'm pleased to say that I don't any issues due to the consistent visits by Cooks/Steve.
I've been a customer for yrs and I can truly say this company has it right. The young lady in the office named Katie Rogers is on top of her job and I say that because she each month sends me a reminder of my day n time of next service on top of just feels more like a friend at this point and that to me is total customer service at its best. The men she sends it makes me feel better knowing she looks out for me each n every single time I have service done.
