Can’t say much about the service since I never saw them. My one star comes from the office side of it. I have requested 5 times now to cancel contract and no one responds or returns email or phone call. I had one tech text me and say he would do it that day and nothing was ever done. I continue to get bills and each time I I request cancellation I tell them I’m not paying because I requested cancellation way before my old contract ended and made sure of that because I didn’t want to continue. Stop being shady and cancel peoples stuff when they request it.

Last year was same situation. Eventually I was told they couldn’t do anything more without their manager’s approval. Mosquito service has been good. Located in Hoover, AL.
