Can’t say much about the service since I never saw them. My one star comes from the office side of it. I have requested 5 times now to cancel contract and no one responds or returns email or phone call. I had one tech text me and say he would do it that day and nothing was ever done. I continue to get bills and each time I I request cancellation I tell them I’m not paying because I requested cancellation way before my old contract ended and made sure of that because I didn’t want to continue. Stop being shady and cancel peoples stuff when they request it.
Tammy does a great job and has been doing our home for many years. VERY trustworthy and friendly. She is well knowledgeable on our (my wife and I) questions when we ask her.Thank you for what you do Tammy. ????
We have always had an outstanding experience with Wayne's, all of the associates treat customer experience with excellence. That said, we generally request Zachary as our technician, his attitude, aptitude, efficiency, and overall demeanor is a gift for Wayne's. His actions make us a very dediicated customer and we always reccomend Wayne's / Zachary when it comes up with neighbors.
After several messages a representative came out and said that I wasn’t watering enough. However the grass that is growing is very green and the dead brown spots are moist. Their weed treatment does not seem to stop spotted surge. It’s everywhere. The people I talk to are nice.
Lawn care is poor at best. Have had to call for repeat treatment for weeds. I called nearly two weeks ago about weeds in my back yard. I was told they would be out in a few days. Haven’t heard anything since. Will call again tomorrow.Last year was same situation. Eventually I was told they couldn’t do anything more without their manager’s approval. Mosquito service has been good. Located in Hoover, AL.
