Josh is a truly amazing human being! Very knowledgeable in every service they provide and help make me comfortable in my home. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. We have been with them about a year now and no problems at all since they started. Company communication is top notch! With my busy work schedule, email has been my best friend and they have always gotten back to me same day, sometimes within minutes. Ask for Josh!
Cliff did an excellent job! As usual. I did a special treatment for indoor ants and explained th process and that he would schedule a re inspection with his next routine visit, but we should call if there was no change of activity with in a week.Also he did this including the routine treatment at the same time so there was no extra charge!! YAY!
Sam, the pest control technician, was professional, knowledgable and efficient.Before he came, I was going to cancel my service after my treatment. Communications from/with Pointe Pest is not consistent nor reliable.Sam saved the day. He took the time to ask what issues i was experiencing, what i wish would happen, and said that he would discuss them with his manager. And that was after he made certain to do a thorough job inside and outside the house.
Top notch service and customer care! Nick came out in the Fall due to some house & field mice trying to find a warm home at my home. He explained everything he did and has come back multiple times to ensure everything is pest free! I sincerely appreciate his work ethic, friendly attitude, and exceptional customer service! I paid an annual fee and now pay monthly, however many times you need to them come a month they’ll do it. I feel the pricing is extremely reasonable.
100% regret ever wasting my hard earned money with this company. 1st time they came out fine. 2nd time came home to a nightmare! Oily spray all over my windows and doors everywhere ! Im in tears trying to get it all off. They were notified and the only two solutions was a free next service (no thank you) and 45 dollars refund. The owner clearly wants to argue. I can no longer find the stink bugs page on ANY pointe control website so it was deleted. And the fact you are now lying about ever servicing our home? Our acct number is 285813. I would like to resolve this issue immediately.
