I spoke with Vaughter on a Sunday about my issues as a business owner. Vaughter explained to me that he was off of work but could come visit me to discuss these issues anyway. He showed up prompt and polite. He was very knowledgeable about my issues and taught me some lessons to keep in my pocket! Very pleased with the communication and professionalism. Would recommend to any business owner needing an honest service from an honest company.

I just wanted to take the time to give an actual review for the service I received from Excel Pest Control. I moved into a beautiful apartment in August in Victoria Park. I have been having insects bites from hell. The complex hired at least 3 other Pest Control company. Dave was the technician, very personal and understanding. He asked to see my bites and I showed him. He was in shock and said he was going to help. I had given up hope and started to lose hope. Dave called me and said we're going to start the treatment in your place. I followed his instructions to the letter. Here's over 2 weeks later, for the first time in 6 I could sleep in my apartment without being bitten. I'm truly amazed and thanking God ?? for this young man.
