John was amazing! He was efficient and took the time to explain to me how all of the processes worked. I did not feel like I was being sold. It was very easy to commit to using their services.
I have been really happy with Boise Pest Control. John always lets me know when he is on his way over and it doesn't take him long to get the job done. We have chickens in the back yard and he is conscious to avoid doing anything to harm the chickens while doing a thorough job of ridding us of unwanted pests. This last time John notified us about some rat issues other home owners have been experiencing so he did a check around the property to make sure we are not being affected. He stays on top of his knowledge and is willing to share his knowledge. It makes me trust both John and Boise Pest control!
