What happened to this company? They helped me with a small problem in '03; so I called them back when I came back from vacation to mice. But no one could come to my home bc the next week was Christmas. I waited. Then The inspector didn't even look in my crawl space, just said nothing could burrow in. Then I had to wait a week for the installation folks bc the next week had new Year's Day. The next week Kevin "forgot" to bring any new traps and bc of all the wait time now I have mice upstairs as well as down. He said he'd call the office. He did not. I called to get another appointment scheduled for more traps on Friday. He came out and then pulled away. Never knocked on the door, Did not call. I called the office. Though I have asked to have a supervisor or owner call me a week ago, no one has. When Kevin left; I called the office, they said they'd call him and let me know the status and 'get him back.' They didn't When I called back at 3:30 they said they can't get him back; so I guess I wait (again) for another three days for basic service. I think I'm quits. Don't use this company. The mice are eating the food on the traps. In three weeks they have caught 1 mouse. BTW, I have called the office and requested to speak to a supervisor or owner multiple times, no one returns my calls, now I just want my refund and I have asked Chase to assist me in getting it since NO ONE calls back. ever.
