EcoShield Pest Solutions

We signed up for EcoShield after a door-to-door sales visit back in June 2025. The representative was very persistent and we agreed to try the service, assuming we could evaluate it and decide later whether it was worth continuing. We began service in the same month, and even added their mosquito control add-on in July, hoping it would help address the pest issues we were experiencing around our home. Unfortunately, over the course of the service period we did not see meaningful improvement in the pest problem, including the mosquito issue despite the additional service. There were also several service visits that raised concerns. On one visit, a technician applied treatment shortly before a storm, which made us question how effective the treatment would be. On another occasion, a technician entered our backyard without informing us at the door that he had arrived, which made us uncomfortable as homeowners. The situation that ultimately led us to cancel was when the company scheduled another service visit in January. At that point, given that the service had not resolved our pest issues and considering the concerns from previous visits, we decided the service was not a good fit for us. When we cancelled, we were charged a $250 early termination fee according to the contract. While the fee may be disclosed in the agreement, it was frustrating to have to pay a significant amount simply to stop using a service that had not been effective for us. Our advice to anyone considering EcoShield is to carefully review the contract terms and cancellation policy before signing, especially if the service is offered through a door-to-door sales visit.

I wasn’t able to be home when Adrian arrived so I can assume all work was completed as described. We have been with ECO Shield for almost a year now and we have always gotten great service. Whenever something has been missed they get us back in the schedule quickly and take care of the issue. We are extremely happy with all of the techs who have come to our home

Ricky did an amazing job! He was incredibly sweet, respectful, and very knowledgeable about everything he was doing. He took the time to explain the process and made me feel comfortable and confident in the service. You can tell he really cares about his work and his customers. I highly recommend Ricky for pest control—excellent service all around!

Today, January 23, 2026: We had our home sprayed today by the Technician (Amari). He was very professional, knowledgeable, and informative of other preventative methods to consider. Amari recommended that we go ahead and schedule our Annual Inspection to ensure our home stays secure (bug-free) like it is right now. We appreciate the extra effort he made with assisting to get that appointment scheduled. Definitely will continue to utilize EcoShield’s Services, and reccomend others request Amari as your Tech!

It was my pleasure meeting John from EcoShield as he was very professional and informative of the services being performed as well as inquiring about any other issues I may be experiencing since the last treatment back in October. It was comforting to talk to someone that genuinely care about the work being performed. I have one more treatment left on this contract so please send John again as he gets the job done....overall he's genuinely a nice guy!!!!!

Amari provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was extremely informative, very friendly, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He didn’t rush through the process and made sure all my questions were answered, which I really appreciated. His attention to detail and professionalism truly stood out. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing great service. I would absolutely recommend Amari and this pest control company to anyone looking for reliable, thorough, and excellent service.

John removed an enormous inactive wasp nest that had fallen from the trees into my yard. I had never seen anything like it and was afraid to go near it! John removed the nest with ease and even educated me on the nest and allowed me to see inside of it after he made sure there were no active hornets. John provided excellent service at my home and I feel comfortable going back outside now. LOL

Regretfully signed a contract with this company. Wish I could give 0 stars. Andrew Henson came to our door (walked here and came through the woods on the side of our home and said his car was parked on the shoulder of the road). We signed up for the mosquito service since we live in a wooded area. After seeing no results after the first spray, they said it could take up to 21 days to take effect. We were skeptical but let them come again. Then Amari Petty showed up and only sprayed for about 5-10 minutes directly around our house (no other areas that were indicated in our contract). I physically watched him. Still, no change in bug bites around the home. Then we go to cancel the service and note our previous complaints and they still charged us $250 to cancel. There was zero decrease in mosquitos the entire time and then they continued to try to sell us services as we tried to cancel further frustrating the matter at hand. They do not care about the consumer at all.
