BEWARE Hughes charged me $95 for one treatment. I called and was told I had one more treatment before my yearly contract was up and after they came out they charged me $95. I called and let them know I didn't owe the money and they proceeded to send me bills more than once a month. I finally paid. I consider this elder abuse, taking advantage of a person over 60. They knew I was canceling my service with them and scheduled a treatment to charge me anyway. Shameful

We have used Hughes since we have moved back here 8 years ago. They are a wonderful company, very responsive if we have a problem. Our tech David is great, as well as the other techs we have had. The office staff is very friendly and great to communicate with.
