Customer Reviews
Susan Degnan
Yader Lopez was the lead technician and knew his stuff. Very professional. Robert assisted and spent a fair amount of time assisting Yader. Robert was very personable and I enjoyed his input as to the termite removal. Brian and Jason were also on hand to speed up the entire process and with their presence, the entire visit was relatively quick.
Angela Hilton
Ghost ants were no match for Anna, she was fantastic. Followed their trail to find where they were getting in, educated us as to why and how, did what was needed to stop them and was kind to our dog, too. She was thorough and detailed with exterior removal of spider webs, which was greatly appreciated. We are happy to have Anna as our new tech and look forward to staying bug free thanks to her.
MIC Leader Michael Folkes
Anna was a delightful experience considering my previous experience with others from Truly nolen company. I was about to terminate my services. However, after working with Anna, her attention to details and meticulous approach, listening skills and the ability to resolve my issues she changed my mind. My experience with Anna was very pleasant, professional and courteous. Anna is every employer's dream employee.

LaMichael and Jason were at my house yesterday and today to do insulation removal and installation.
Both were professional, efficient, knowledgeable about their product, polite, and also did a good job of cleaning up afterwards.
Would highly recommend this team!
