Five stars for Turner Pest Control! ?? Guhner is always courteous, friendly, and extremely thorough. He consistently asks if we’re having any issues and makes sure everything is taken care of before he leaves. It’s clear he takes pride in his work—excellent service every time!

We enjoy dealing with Travis, he is very knowledgeable and provides great feedback to any concerns or questions we have. Craig was our previous technician and we are pleased to see Turner Pest Control promote their staff within the company. Turner employees make the difference from other organizations offering similar services.

Andrew has been to our home twice this week. First to set our system back online and second to check on 2 traps he had placed in our attic area after finding rodent droppings. He returned today and did our maintenance and checked on the 2 traps he had placed. No rodents were found in the traps. Andrew was very efficient and did a super job with all of the above. He is an excellent employee and looks out for his customers to his fullest. A EXCEPTIONAL individual!!

We had our first pest control service done at our vacation home and had a great experience. Travis was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough in explaining what he was doing and what to expect next. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure the property was properly treated. Communication and scheduling were smooth, which we really appreciated. We feel confident moving forward with the follow-up service and are very pleased with the care so far. Highly recommend.

Derek was diligent in executing his responsibilities by providing routine pest control services. He removed spiderwebs and sprayed all relevant areas. Derek let me know when he was on my property and asked if I had any questions or issues. I appreciated his call today as well as the call yesterday from Turner Pest to let me know that they would be coming today. They are a good company. We have been with them for many years and I recommend their services to friends and neighbors.

Has to be the laziest people “techs” I’ve ever seen. Guys when you claim you have sprayed and taken webs out with ur brushes make sure the people don’t have security cameras inside and outside of the home. Then blames “Amazon packages” for carrying bugs. Best part is showing the tech the camera footage and he says…..”ohh that’s not me” but 5 min before that expressed he was here 2 weeks ago. Lol. Also not many techs are 6’3 buddy!! Then these jerks make you payout on your contact when you want to cancel them. POS company. Lakewood Ranch

I’m giving a 1 Star because there’s no zero. These people might be the most unprofessional group I have dealt with in recent years. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a first time client or it was a bad week for them. I called to set an appointment. I was charged, a hefty amount let me just say for a tiny job but whatever, I wanted it done quick, so I made the payment. I was then not given any information about the appointment except that it will be in 48 hours. I called several times to inquire. It’s all crickets. I was told the technician will call me. It didn’t happen. I went to their live chat support. It took 30 minutes to get a response and mid chatting, the individual just went off without any helpful information. I had to drive 77 Miles to meet with the technician on site and dash back to another job. I cannot even get an exact time of arrival. I usually don’t do these kinds of reviews but if you are going to charge someone $100’s of dollars pre-rendering your service may be in the very least provide a clear schedule for your customers. People have things to do other than beg for details for a service they already paid for!

Jerry Grissom did my annual termite inspection. He took the extra time to tell me about a spot on my porch that needed attention. He called me and explained how Turner could help me and got the repair scheduled promptly. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients!! Excellent customer service—WOW! ?? A++++ thank you Jerry!! Your efforts are greatly appreciated.

Fahey was a much better experience compared to other services. Installed new sod and was told I need a fungicide treatment. Called two other companies with no return calls. Go figure! I guess some people don't want new business. I had a couple of the big name lawn services in the past and they would skip a portion or the yard. Of course they would come back after you call them, but you shouldn't have to check on a service you are paying for. Anyway, I believe in doing what you said and when you said you would do it. Simple! I've seen Fahey signs in the neighborhood and decided to give them a call. Robert showed up on-time and gave me a great quote! Signed the agreement and they were out to service the new sod within a day. I'm in insurance sales and I understand good customer service. From the quote to the application they did more than I expected. So far I am very pleased and we look forward to keeping them long-term. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance to service you home. It appears to me so far that they are worth a call.
