I cannot say enough good things about Nadeem and Mohammad from Wise Pest Solutions. We were dealing with a nightmare situation — squirrels running around madly in our attic, scratching nonstop day and night. The noise was unbearable. We couldn’t sleep, and it was impossible to even use the bedrooms upstairs. It was extremely stressful and exhausting.

As soon as we contacted Wise Pest Solutions, Nadeem and Mohammad responded immediately, which already put us at ease. They were punctual, calm, knowledgeable, and extremely professional from the moment they arrived. Despite the fact that our roof was covered in snow, they didn’t hesitate to climb up onto the roof to properly inspect the problem. That alone showed their dedication and commitment to doing the job right, no matter the conditions.

They went into the attic and carried out a thorough inspection, where they found several live squirrels and unfortunately a few dead ones as well. Everything was handled quickly, safely, and efficiently. They removed the squirrels immediately and then installed a one-way trap in the soffit, carefully explaining how it works and reassuring us that the remaining squirrels would safely exit but wouldn’t be able to return.

Almost immediately after that, the scratching stopped completely. It was such a relief after days of constant noise. We could finally sleep in peace again, and the upstairs bedrooms were usable once more.

What truly impressed us was the follow-up. Mohammad came back again to double-check the trap, ensured everything was secure, and confirmed that it was working perfectly. That extra step shows how much they care about their work and their customers.

On top of everything else, their pricing was very affordable and fair, especially considering the urgency of the situation, the risks involved, and the quality of service provided. There were no surprises — just honest, professional service.

My neighbour alerted us to wasps congregating above our garage. They hired Wise Pest Solutions to remove a nest above their garage. We tried eliminating the wasps ourselves for two days straight, but they were unrelenting. I asked our neighbour for the contact information for Wise Pest Solutions and spoke to Nadeem about the problem. He came to our house the very next day which was a holiday. Talk about customer service.

He had to drill two small holes into our soffit since we already caulked the gap where the wasps were entering. He could immediately hear them buzzing and said there must be hundreds of them. He sprayed the insecticide into the holes which killed them instantly. He then sprayed a powder along the perimeter of our soffit to ensure any wasps that return will spread the power to the colony.

Three days later, our contractor arrived to remove the soffit so we could get rid of the dead wasps and any nest they built. What a disaster. Hundreds of dead wasps easily. Three nests. I’m horrified but so grateful for our neighbour and Wise Pest Solutions for bringing this to our attention. Thank you Nadeem for all your help and quick action.
