When u moved into my new place, I wanted to get it checked out just to see if there was any risk of pests. Steve pointed out all the areas that could be a concern. Unfortunately because of the setup of my house I couldn't do everything (one day, though, when I redo my roof), but for what I got done they were very thorough.Highly, highly recommend!
