I have bed bugs. My existing pest control does not provide that service. I called McCauley and they do. Robert Hernandez came out to give me a quote. Within one hour of talking to him over the phone, he was in my home. He was calm, thorough, reassuring. Told me he would would have a plan and an estimate that day. He was an excellent representative of his company. I will be switching my regular monthly service to McCauley.
I am writing to report a concerning experience with one of your drivers. While on the road, the driver was driving aggressively, cutting me off and intentionally preventing me from safely merging. This behavior created an unsafe situation and was alarming as a fellow driver. I believe companies are reflected by the conduct of their employees, especially when operating marked vehicles, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously. I trust that appropriate steps will be taken to address this matter and reinforce safe, courteous driving standards.
