I was given Kevin’s number from my neighbor and she said he was the best. I called, he came out that night to inspect and was at my house the next morning to take care of the issue we were having.I will continue to use him in the future and will refer him to others. Very nice guy.
We have loved using TermMax Pest Control. We have used them for almost a year now and they have always been reliable and their services have proven effective. We have not had any issues with pests once we started having them come in quarterly. They are always so kind as well and work with our busy schedules!
I've been using TermMax for 2 years now and have loved working with them. They have kept the pests out of my AirBNB, and when the pests did decide to fight back, TermMax went out and sprayed again. I've also used their services for rat and rat nest removal in another property. They are highly responsive and prompt, and I recommend!
I wasn't going to share this but I felt the need to share due to it Weighing on my heart. This person by the name of Kevin did not do any work for me or my husband we actually decided to go with another company.I won't tell anyone what to do but I will say that when I spoke with him a week or so ago I asked him how much does he charge for a four-bedroom three-and-a-half bath and he told me that it was $125 for the first spray.I consulted with my husband about it and we were happy with the price but then my husband asked me to see if he had any reviews and I decided to look. My husband and I never make reviews but we always tend to look at reviews if we are going to have business done with our home.I feel like the most updated reviews are the most important and after looking at all of the good reviews he had it's a bit scary when I looked at the review about him possibly scamming someone's grandmother.I also read on that person's review that he charged them $140 for the first spray while again he charged my husband $125. Yes again the 125 is a good deal but it also made me question is this guy really a scammer?After I asked him why is it that you're charging us $125 but you charged someone else $140, he said that he was going by mileage but from my experience companies like this has one set price.My husband also asked him about The last review that was posted and Kevin's words to my husband was, "Those People", and etc. That comment really made my husband and I very uncomfortable.I truly believe that any professional should never speak about a customer that way or in those terms. I really got a bad feeling about this guy and I want to warn you just because someone has so many stars on their business that does not necessarily mean that they are scam free.I just wouldn't want anyone to get burned. Please make sure to read all reviews especially reviews that are recent because me and my husband has been burned by so many people in the past years so we really watch who we deal with.What really touched my heart is to read the recent review about Kevin possibly taking advantage of an elderly grandmother.We all have one or had one and I would never want to deal with anyone that takes advantage of the elderly we should look after them not misuse them.I really hope that this helps someone.
