Fox Pest Control has been coming to fumigate our business for over a year now. It has helped tremendously. We had trouble with roaches, fleas & ticks. They are all gone. If we happen to see anything we just call them and they come and spray in between their monthly visits. HIghly recommend.

This is a terrible company. The sales persons lies to you and says there is no fee to cancel when the fee is actually $250. I don't recommend them at all. I had to escalate this issue 4 different times and spent over an hour each time just for them to cancel the fee. They don't like taking the responsibility of there sales agents scamming people.
Updates: I never received a call back nor the service manager scheduled. There was no attempt to listen to the original sales call. Claims IT cant find it. I have reported them to the BBB as well. Nothing this company has informed me of or said they were going to do has been done. When they put to call nothing happens they say mor time is needed and almost a week is too long. In other review same thing still seeing pest after treatment. I was supposed to be credited my last bill shows a balance due. I was supposed to be at least refunded a month not done.UPDATED: Their satisfaction Guarantee is a joke, when calling on the issue I was informed its only to retreat. I have had 3 treatments and no changes in activity. I was told that i have been with the company not even 90 days and would not even get a partial refund when I see 0 results.We started using these guys for fleas mostly. I was told at the initial start it was for inside and outside treatment. I have had to have them come out 3 times as the fleas are still bad and they are biting me and my kids now. We are still experiencing a huge problem with the fleas when I called to schedule my next appointment I was informed that the service does not cover the outside of my house. I asked how this was the case when they have sprayed 3 times in the yard. I will not and strongly consider going somewhere else. I have paid over $200 and nothing has changed.
I personally have Fox Pest control at home but was hoping to have in my business as well. I was told that it would be safe for a veterinary clinic but not for a Medical facility and haven’t be told what the difference is. If it’s safe for myself and pets at home why not for a Medical Clinic?UPDATE: Thank you for your reply and I truly enjoy your service and your employees (Fred) that go above and beyond.
