I set 3 appointments with the owners son Chris and the guy never calls or shows up to spray as we wait and call him as he avoids our calls. Very poor management and would not recommend this start up company. I not recommend these guys for any bug service. They also leave the cans from bombing in our attic which were from Walmart so save your money and do it your self and save your $80 on RGV GOT BUG. Do it yourself for $20 supplies at Home Depot.
I had A-1 Pro Pest Control and their pesticide never worked. I had roaches for months. My wife and I decided that it was time for a change. RGV Got Bugs came to take care of the roaches and even the termite that we didn’t even know we had thanks to Chris that find the issue and took care of it! If somebody else have problem with roaches or any type of insects call RGV Got Bugs! They give excellent service!
