Bob took a call for help and responded honestly and sincerely; he was flat out but would work me in. He did. His service was thorough and fee very reasonable. I highly recommend PWI. Made one call to PWI for n November for some field mice that had moved into my garage for the fall and winter months. Bob stopped in did a quick assessment of the situation for us.
