I called Buffalo Exterminators after discovering a bed bug infestation in our home, frantic and completely naive to how to handle it, and not only did their calm and confident demeanor help me calm down and orient myself, they were able to schedule a service DAY OF. This was a running theme with all related services on other days too, they’re extremely flexible and available.Every employee that came for a service was very cool, helpful, and communicative, and I felt like I could trust them to do the job and I was right. The owner of the business was the same way and quite involved in the process as well, which I respect a lot. He was the one I mostly spoke to on the phone, encouraging us to ask questions and then answering each one thoroughly and genuinely. As much as I hope to never have to call them again, if the day were to come I would definitely be returning as a customer.

This company was quick, professional, and very kind during the treatment period. They took the time to explain their process when booking appointment over the phone. The owner of the company answered all my questions and I had A LOT! So bonus for being super patient with me. Their employee came out and exterminated the next day. 2 week check-in came around, our original person was unavailable, but they found a replacement employee immediately and same-day which I appreciate. John was our check-in person; he was very kind interacting with me, thoroughly checked our furniture and beds. Buffalo Exterminators is super accommodating and I would 10/10 recommend to anyone!
I could not have been more pleased with the service Buffalo Exterminators provided to my family. The company is professional, caring, and has a wealth of knowledge. Rob went out of his way to help our family, calling and texting whenever we had questions. Brandon worked carefully and was also willing to take the time to answer questions. Jon was supportive and thorough as well. This is an outstanding company with excellent leadership and workers. I am switching to Buffalo Exterminators for all of our needs in the future.
