I was very impressed with how easy it was to schedule during Christmas week. Brandon showed up on time and explained thoroughly what he would be doing. He went through my entire house inside and out and discovered multiple entry points. He was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable and readily answered any questions. I would recommend Buffalo Exterminators.

This company is a complete scam. One of their representatives spoke with me over the phone and quoted a price of $255 plus tax. But when he arrived at the shop, he suddenly raised the price to $295 plus tips. He also made me pay a $100 non-refundable deposit over the phone, refused to return it, and left without providing any service. I feel totally taken advantage of.

Mike was very thorough and made sure to check every crack and seam and any possibility of bug life within our house and thankfully nothing was found! We flipped mattresses and furniture to ensure nothing was there. For thorough inspections I definitely recommend Buffalo Extermination as they will make sure they leave with you feeling at peace rather something is found or not. Will be my future recommendations for anyone in need.
