There were 2 techs on this visit. The visit was brief it seemed to me. They did tell me there were no problems and they had checked the baited areas. I read the report. I was surprised to find a picture of what was described as a potential "vole tunnel". The picture is a close-up of the hole but I cannot determine exactly where that is located by the house based on the picture. The techs did not tell me about the possible tunnel.
Drue was AMAZING! He addressed my concerns completely with professionalism. During his visit I shared with him that I recently became a widow and was now handling all this "house stuff" myself. I tried not to be emotional but... His level of compassion was unexpected, genuine, and really made an impression on me. I'm tearing up just thinking about it. He really lifted me up. I've been having Fox come to my house for over a year now, they always call and text when they're on their way, Always ask if I have any issues as far as rodents, bugs, bees. They've come when I needed a respray for Carpenter bees. Always polite and friendly.Signed up for their Yard enjoyment program bc of the wet spring, there was many more mosquitoes and ticks this yr. So far we've had no issues. Customer service is also great. Always friendly and answer all of my Questions. Sean did our service today and Bradely does our quarterly services. They do a great job.Update 10/16/2025Today our Quarterly service was due and Carlos came. Texted and called b4 getting here, I asked him to make sure our traps had bait, he also sprayed around the entire foundation for all the critters trying to get in since its gotten colder. The Technicians always do a great job and listen to any issues we're having. Been using them almost 2 yrs now and no complaints.
