We were extremely impressed with Jesse and her team when they came to remove some raccoons in our attic. They are prompt, efficient, very knowledgeable and took the time to explain their process and what to expect. Any concern I had they were very responsive and courteous. Having lived in our home for 29 years, we knew we had a problem when we heard strange noises coming from our attic. We called Home Free Pest Removal, and even though we were away for the weekend, Jessie (co-owner) came out and confirmed we had a raccoon issue. She sent us photos of where the raccoon was entering our attic through a roof vent. We had a quote the next day, and were pleasantly surprised at how reasonable it was! Two days later, Jessie and her partner arrived and within an hour, 7 baby raccoons were safely removed from our attic! Jessie was so knowledgeable, and answered our many questions…we learned a lot about raccoons! The raccoons were handled humanely, and the babies were left in a warming box on the roof so the mother could relocate them. Two days later, the box was taken away, all babies gone! Home Free also installed a preventative metal screen at the base of our plumbing stack, reinforced the soffits and addressed a few siding issues we had. Their work comes with a lifetime warranty which is total piece of mind! Aside from being extremely knowledgeable, Jessie and her partner were courteous and friendly.
