Stephen was very thorough and took the time to explain the options. He was very knowledgeable and I was very satisfied with how my problem was resolved. I would recommend him to others.

Taylor got rid of my mice 2 years ago. I was at my wits' end. But he explained what was going on, showed me how to recognize where they were, took away the bodies, and set me up to be proactive in keeping them away. Mouse problem solved! When the rats appeared in my attic this year, I immediately called him. He is professional and knowledgeable. He shows up when he says he will. I feel confident that this rat problem will also be resolved before long. Highly recommend them.

I found Stephen to be very efficient and knowledgeable. He has come to the house for servicing twice, and I am hoping that our mouse problem will be eradicated. The ultimate result will not be known for a while yet, but I am optimistic about the outcome.
