I had used Phantom Pest Control and Al promptly and courteously responded to my call for a quote re silverfish infestation problem. He explained to me the procedure to be used and of the safety protocols to observed (before and after the service). On the day of the service, Al & his technician arrived on time in an unmarked van and completed the service thoroughly inside the house. I am pleased with his professionalism and attention to details and am happy to share this positive experience with other potential customers.

My interactions with the team of Phantom Pest Solutions were nothing short of stellar. They were kind, informative, and efficient, and I haven’t seen a cockcroach in the three years I’ve been staying at my current house after they came in and did their work. Overall fantastic experience, and I would recommend them to anyone with a pest problem.

Al from Phantom Pest was great to work with when he took on my case when we were having a hard time with a previous contractor where the several chemical treatments applied were not working. He brought in his knowledge, care and followed up with us every step of the way and fully took care of the issue with their treatments. I subsequently moved after some time and was concerned about bringing over potential pests with me! Al and Marcos were so responsive in scheduling a canine inspection to ensure that nothing had followed me to my new home. Great service and very knowledgeable and professional staff. They did a great job of explaining to me what they were doing, how to mitigate future problems, and did a thorough job, going above and beyond. This is a locally owned and operated outfit compared to many other pest control agencies that are owned by large faceless businesses usually based out of the US. They were a great team to work with and based on my experience, our large strata is now also serviced by Phantom after being impressed with their work.
