Excellent and reliable company. Left a message on a holiday, received a call back promptly the next morning, and they quickly arranged a technician to come. He was friendly and professional, explained what needed to be done, answered all my questions, and did a thorough job.

Let me start by saying, KUDOS! Those of us who had to go through such a traumatizing experience, please do not wait and contemplate about giving a call to The X-Terminators. After I saw a mice floating in my Brita Jug, I hit the panic button and called them. Ashley rescued me with her POLITE, CALMING and REALISTICALLY KIND empathy. She put me at ease by understanding how urgent my need was especially with a senior dog with bad sight. She pointed Kevin B. in my direction. And I cannot express my gratitude enough with words that Kevin made the sealing and baiting process seamless. I was reluctant about getting back to my routine but Kevin put me at ease with explaining the entry point and what all to look out for in case I am in doubt after he finishes inspection. The X-terminators team is reasonable, reliable and humanely professional. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!! Get you money, time & peace of mind right.

I have used X-Terminators several times over the years to deal with the pavement ants who love to tunnel beneath our paving stone driveway and patio, bringing up multiple sand piles. The company is great - their dispatcher is friendly, their products do the job, and they send the same technician whenever possible. Kevin, who has looked after us, is prompt, friendly and very patient when inspecting the areas that need treatment. I would recommend them to anyone needing pest control.

Highly recommend! We had an issue with some mice in the house. Our technician, Kevin, was very competent! He was thorough during the initial inspection, diagnosed the extent of the issue accurately and was very efficient during follow up visits. Our mouse issue was quickly and effectively resolved. Great service all around at reasonable rates by kind and personable people.

The X-Terminators have been our pest control company for almost a decade and have always been impressed by their customer service. When we bought our home it was infested with carpenter ants and we have been spraying annually ever since. The neighborhood is crawling with them but they stay away from our property thanks to The X-Terminators. Kevin does an awesome job and we highly recommend requesting him!
