This is honestly one of the worst service I’ve received. I am very sure this is a scam. I called at first to just Asian few question and see if they were able to handle rodents. However, instead I was pressured multiple times with multiple different calls and texts to sign a yearly contract. I ended the call and spoke with a different representative the next day and they seem to be more efficient, they told me everything that was going to happen and helped me set an appointment for 8am-4pm the next day. He gave me his number and told me specifically it was his personal phone number and to reach out whenever I have questions, which I thought was really odd as the man I spoke to the day before had been texting me and calling using that number.The next day come and I am waiting for them to arrive, I receive no texts, no calls, no email. Nothing. I texted the man I spoke to yesterday, and he told me the truck broke down and he would not be able to come today, it was already 10am and no one came or even called to say anything until I asked. They pulled $99 from my account. I asked for a refund so I am waiting on that.I do not suggest anyone to call this place, it is extremely suspicious.
Used to use them, then they got bought out and now their "customer service" is handled overseas. All you can do is leave a message with someone who doesn't speak good English and hope you get a call back. Cancelled.
This is a scam! Their address is literally a closet in a random building.I called them for a wasp removal and got a call center under a different name, Greenix. I was talking to the sales person and mentioned I liked that they were close by in Lakeville but he told me they are based out of Minneapolis.Not knowing much, the sales person convinced me to sign a $60/month contract for them to come out and take care of my problem. They had to come out every month because pheromones would keep the wasps coming.After I hung up and thought about it, I realized it was a huge red flag and called them back to cancel. But apparently 20 minutes after I talked to their sales rep, they were closed and I had to wait a few days to talk to someone.A couple of days later I finally got in touch with someone and cancelled my contract/appointment. The person I was talking to said that I was not even scheduled for an appointment.They tried to take my money, didn't schedule me for the appointment that I initially made. They rent out a closet as their location. I ended up going with someone else and they got rid of my wasps with no monthly follow up necessary.

Such kind and friendly customer service, he kindly explained what was done and went above and beyond. Thanks for such great service! The kids, dog, and I were sitting outside and he showed concern for us to go inside for about twenty minutes during the application, then, when finished, informed us of all that was completed and we were given the green light that we were safe to come back outside. We really appreciate the care and attention to detail and friendly customer service. Thank you!
