Had Ken come in for a cockroach and mice infestation at one of my rental properties. We had been having the issue for a while and didn’t get time to try treating it ourselves . We booked an appointment with him the next day and he followed up again after 2 weeks. He gave us proper instructions prior to the treatment and after the treatments on what to do to prevent further infestations. Luckily we havnt seen a single cockroach or mice in our property since then and it’s been a couple months. His pricing was so much fair as compared to other companies we contacted and the work was solid . Would highly recommend for someone looking to get any services done .

I’m very satisfied with the service from Local Pest Solutions Inc. The technician was professional, arrived on time, and clearly explained the treatment process. The issue was handled efficiently, and I’ve seen great results. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable pest control services.

I got mice control treatment. The guy visiting promised to be back in two weeks to seal holes, however, he did not show up as promised. The mice were back so we called him a few times requesting a visit, he made excuses but he did not return to help. Very disappointed in the poor service and lack of professionalism.

Had ken come in for a cockroach infestation in my house that had gotten out of control. He performed his procedures and made sure we follow all safety protocols before and after the spray. He came back 2 weeks later and made sure everything was going according to plan. I’d recommend him over anyone else, I called other pest control for quotes and they were nothing as affordable as compared to Kens quotations.

We have been battling a wasp infestation under our deck for the past couple of weeks and finally called in the professionals. Less than an hour from my initial phone call and the nest has been removed. Local Pest Solutions was quick and efficient and incredibly friendly while we stared in awe at the size of the nest removed. Do not hesitate to contact them. Highly, highly recommend. Very reasonably priced and supporting a family business.
