I had a fantastic experience with Xtermall, thanks to Dwayne. We had raccoons in the ceiling, and my priority was getting them out now, not weeks from now.

I did my due diligence and got three additional quotes. The "big guys" were proposing a week-long waiting period just for a consultation, followed by a later fix. When you have live animals running around your ceiling, you don't have time for consulting! Dwayne came the same day and was fixed the problem the next day!

His service and approach were straightforward and highly professional. He was confident, told me exactly what had to be done, explained the why, and gave me two clear prices upfront (one with a lifetime warranty and one without). The other companies offered low-ball prices that I suspected would balloon after their "consult," but Dwayne was completely transparent on cost.

Dwayne did an excellent job at my rental property. We had squirrels enter the roof and he set up one way door cages and sealed up the other areas where they could be getting in. I called him in a panic bc we hired another company to help and they pissed around and had to come back another day to set things up which would be in 4 days due to the weekend. Just a waste of time dealing with them and yet the squirrels were out of control in the ceiling. Dwayne got the job done the very next day.
