He came in the spring and fought back the ONSLAUGHT of ants. We were under attack but he fixed their little wagons. We are STILL finding dead ants who fought past the deadly perimeter only to succumb shortly after gaining entry. That's on me because he told me to cut back tree branches that were touching our roof which I immediately didn't do. When I got around to it a week ago, there were, quite literally, a thousand ants using the branches as a bridge. Now that I listened to him and did some high pruning....nothing. This is the kind of guy that makes you wish he had a brother in plumbing and one in electrical and one in..... He also solved a weevil problem over the phone in 30 seconds.
