I had a fantastic experience with Shaun, who handled my termite treatment. He called ahead to let me know his arrival time, and since I wasn’t home, he made sure to check if it was okay to access the property. He treated my space with respect, and after finishing the job, he called me right away to walk me through everything, what was done, what wasn’t needed, and what to keep an eye on. Overall, it was a five-star service. Highly recommend Shaun!

Matt did my initial inspection, I was very happy with how thorough he was explaining everything to me, he was very polite and knowledgeable. Isaiah did my treatment, and I appreciate how kind he was and how he recorded everything he did while he was at our house and Colin was very kind and helpful when I had any issues he was quick to explain things to me and be helpful with our situation. Overall good experience with accel and their employees :)
