They are very professional and very kind they take care of practically everything I had mice ants and other little bugs around and they have taken care of all of it and when I say it's guaranteed im telling ya what it IS!! I have never had to have them come back for the same issues they take care of it and it's done!! I recommend the bug gurus to all!!!! They were fantastic!I called on a Friday afternoon to inquire if they would handle an underground bee nest. They scheduled our appointment for Sunday. They were able to come earlier in the day than scheduled, and called first to confirm with us. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. They explained that sometimes it can take up to 72 hours for the bees to be gone. They were gone in less than 24. Thanks to them I can once again enjoy my back yard without fear of being stung.If we ever have need of an exterminator in the future we will definitely call them again!
