Staying in an Air BNB and saw 3 bugs. Immediately contacted the owner and started research on my own for an extermination company that would come today. Called Paske and first spoke with Dave, who I ended up telling him I loved him! Very informative and kind. I then put owner of the home in touch with Dave and we had bug service here within 2 hours. The tech who showed up was Jim, and he too was professional, kind, personable, and seemed very thorough! They will follow up in about a week and I’m pretty sure the property owner has started a pest plan with them. The photo of the dead bug was thought to be a “German roach” and it seems like this issue was caught early! This old girl does NOT do bugs and could’ve kissed Jim for getting this job done today! THANK YOU, Jim! Thank you Dave! If I ever have the chance to live in your beautiful area, I will remember your company and I will share it with friends who live in this area! Property owner paid bill but from what Dave told me on initial call, the price seemed reasonable.
Jim is wonderful. He is knowledgeable and professional. He took his time and explained exactly what he was Going to do. I asked about the chemicals he was using and how they worked. Jim thoroughly explained what products would be used and why. I would recommend him to everyone.
Jim shared in detail the method they use, the products and how they do it, plus results and talked about “if” we would see something inside after they treat they come spray if it’s in the window of time for free.I thought the presentation was really good and information for both me and my husband and price couldn’t be beat. However his personality sold me on the phone because he was so knowledgeable.Jim is Very thorough, nice and Professional.I’m glad I found this wonderful company and look forward to treating our home inside and out.Thank you Jim!!
