I was horrified this past Saturday I killed another bug that was confirmed by Adam by text to be a German cockroach ??. I called a few companies but they were closed. Adams wife Daniele answered my call right away and they came over a few hours later. Adam meticulously and thoroughly went threw my house and also the other side (duplex) He spent at least and hour or more. I’m ocd clean and have no idea how these bugs came into my house other than me always ordering from Amazon. I’m so glad Adam convinced me to empty my cabinets and he would come the next day to spray (I have pain and chronic fatigue). He even offered to help me (what company ever does this? Very nice of him) but I wanted to save him time. In the process of cleaning them out I found two that I killed and left for him to confirm what they were. He sprayed and was very conscious of my dogs and birds , which I kept in the lanai while he sprayed. He and his wife are very kind and personable. I felt more comfortable around them than some of my own family members. I have dealt with terminex in the past when I lived in New York and I wrote a very bad review, impossible to get them to keep their schedule every three months, would always send someone different each time, customer service is very lacking. I have not seen another bug since he sprayed and I’m very happy bc I’m terrified of them. I have two more treatments and then I will put rat traps in my yard since I have fruit trees. Definitely support small local businesses such as them, they are excellent!! They come highly recommended and will use them to treat entire duplex.
