I was having a massive flea problem . I tried several treatments without success. I spoke with the owner of The Exterminator Pest Control of Fort Myers and she assured me they would come in and work with me till the problem was resolved. That is just what they did.They arrived on time. Dressed in gear to do their job. Everything was done in a professional manner and they explained what to expect.I am so pleased to say my home is flea free. I will use them again if I ever have a need to. They are a family business and they make you feel that type of caring and kindness.

One of my favorite businesses to work with because the owner and staff truly care about their customers. I just hired them for a second year and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to everyone else to consider working with them too. Here's an example why:I screwed up on scheduling my treatment (scheduled July date but thought I scheduled June date) and waited with no one showing up for the appointment. I panicked because I was about to leave on a trip and accused them of missing the appointment. BUT...it was me who screwed up! The owner answered my call and immediately jumped in her truck and came to my house within 30 minutes to provide the service herself. Amazing service!They also use high quality and effective chemicals. So you get great quality delivered by great people at a great price. I highly recommend The Exterminator, which is a local family-owned business. You won't be disappointed.

This company is amazing! The owner Leann is so caring, kind and professional. I had an amazing woman named Sarah from the company come out to treat my property in an emergency situation and she was beyond wonderful to work with. No one wants bug problems but this company helped make the situation manageable. I am grateful for this company and all the good humans that make it up.
