I had an excellent experience with Truly Nolen – Cape Coral Branch, specifically with Nathan Persons, the sales and inspection technician, and Christopher, the rodent and fumigation technician.Nathan was friendly, extremely patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail during the inspection and quoting process. I had a lot of questions due to a bad experience with another fumigation company in the past, one that had scheduling issues from day one and passed their internal problems on to customers. Nathan was the complete opposite. From the very beginning, his communication was clear, professional, and reassuring. He also made a genuine personal connection with us, even taking a moment to talk about our favorite sports team, which made the entire experience feel more personable rather than transactional.I was genuinely surprised by the level of customer service, the fairness in pricing, and how thorough the warranty coverage is.Christopher then handled the actual rodent and fumigation work, and the results spoke for themselves. The issue we were dealing with was essentially resolved in less than a day once Christopher was on site, something the previous company took nearly three months to never even come close to resolving. Instead of fixing the problem, the other company repeatedly tried to upsell additional services. The contrast in honesty, efficiency, and professionalism was night and day.Christopher was extremely detailed and meticulous in his work. He performed a thorough attic inspection, returned the next day to remove the problem that was found, and completed a comprehensive fumigation both inside and outside the home. He even took the time to clean the pool cage, something I have never seen another technician do. Once the work was complete, he explained everything clearly and made sure we understood what was done and what to expect moving forward.Overall, I’m receiving significantly better service while paying much less than what big-name companies like Orkin charge. This has been one of the best service experiences I’ve had, professional, honest, fair pricing, and exceptional attention to detail. I was absolutely amazed at how quickly pest control and Lawn Care came out. Nathan was here the day before and immediately got service started for me the very next day. My other service that I've had for 10 years did not do that. I tried to resign up with them and I was still waiting for them to come out to do Pest Control so I canceled. Truly Nolan came immediately. I have one technician for lawn and two for pest they work so quickly and effectively for me I was truly impressed by how quick their response was, how professional and friendly they were and meeting my every need.
Tan is a great lawn tech. He has made my lawn looks so much better than before. He gave me confidence in trusting him with my lawn when i was upset when my lawn wasn’t looking good before he started at Truly Nolen. I had a very dry dying lawn due to the previous company’s wrong application of chemicals. Truly Nolen approach the problem according to my lawn needs and a few months later the grass is coming.All of the employees are courteous and on time and they inform me about every visit.
