I had Terminix for two years to specifically get rid of centipedes. Although the centipedes were spotted less frequently, I continued to have them within my home over the entire two year period even though I had multiple sprays throughout this time.After year one, I’ll admit I became suspicious regarding what was in the poison they were spraying because even though the centipedes were dying, they still existed within and around my home. Yet, at the same time, I began to have an explosion of spiders entering my home. The medium size kind of all species. Is it possible that they were not spraying the full concentrated solution to rid my home of the centipedes, yet at the same time putting down something that attracted spiders? I’ll never truly know.The only reason why I’m suspicious now is because after I canceled the service, I went to Lowe’s and bought an Orkin solution that I could spray myself. Within less than three months, both my centipede and spider problem was eliminated. And it’s been more than a year since and I continue to have no bug problems at all. The sales person with Terminix was very friendly and professional. I even trusted him. However, thinking back, I am wondering if I was scammed simply because whatever they were spraying down did not provide a solution for an entire two years, yet they had a cumulative of $800 of my money. And now more than a year later, I have only given Lowes $30 for their Orkin spray and I have no bug problems at all. This is a situation that makes me wonder.
Jose Hernandez was my Technician! I had some issues with some Bee’s and Spiders and Jose was very professional and he took care of them for me the first time out! Great Service and Very Professional!
Our Terminix service guy, Carl Nycz is always awesome. He’s friendly, efficient and does a great job at our house. He is always respectful and always ends his service with asking if there’s is anything else we need. He’s always been great.
