Bobby came right on schedule this morning and called me in advance to let me know he was on his way and make sure he had the request understood properly. He came and talked me through the different items, asked me if I wanted this item/service (without being pushy one way or another), and he worked quickly but thoroughly. He was an enjoyable conversationist while he worked, he answered the few questions I had, and he let me know about other services that may be useful to me as a new home owner.
