I can’t say enough good things about michel, he was eager to remove the wasp nests, he’s well trained on roof climbing and not scared of heights. Dylan, the technician, was friendly, punctual, professional, and thorough in explaining the services and findings. Technician Nick came out two days before on short notice for treatment of our porches for spiders. The office staff is also fantastic, and even called me the day after my appointment to check on how things went and remind me of their revisit policy. So far so good!
The Kind Pest technicians and treatment are amazing! We started using them after noticing an increase in cockroaches in our home. It was becoming incredibly stressful trying to deal with the situation on our own. We noticed immediate improvements after just one treatment. We have been customers for over a year and receive our quarterly treatments and only had to request a follow up service once. That was more out of precaution because it was very hot and rainy at one point and noticed a slight increase in occurrences of roaches. Every technician that has come has been professional, thorough, and informative. Ethan has performed our service and couple times and is always very knowledgeable and patient in answering my various questions. William is another technician that has completed the quarterly treatment and does a wonderful job. I'm so impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise that Kind Pest offers. They are also very transparent with their products, treatments, and pricing. The care they have in using safe products that target specific pests without harming beneficial ones like pollinators is another major reason we choose them. They also offer additional treatment options without being pushy. When given the opportunity, I always rave about them to friends and family that are interested in pest treatments for their homes. Will was awesome once again. He came in and provided thorough details as to what needed to be done in regards to the issue I was having. He also helped with carpenter bees that I had on my porch. He found where they were actually hiding and he killed at least 20 or more of them. He has been an awesome help with the issues I’m experiencing. Kyle also installed the termite bait stations today and he was awesome. Please see the photos of the Carpenter beads that we found in my swing.
