Had service for awhile with this co. All good up until different techs started servicing my home. On the last service, I spoke with the tech who arrived- so he would be in the know to problem areas . A very young guy. He reassured he would get all the areas. I watched as he did some work but then went to his truck, sat in there for about 10 minutes, THEN sent text saying he was done and left. Something didn't sit right so I went outside and found indications of a spray here and there. West side of home not sprayed at all. Their tech did the worse treatment I've seen. Called office to advise. They offered to come back. I declined because as I explained to owner, I should not have to babysit their employees and then pay a fee as well. Tried to send pics but they said they couldn't receive photos . ??? Seemed to me they didn't want to see the proof of a dishonest tech... Anyway, I'm done with them , just wanted to get this review out to you all
I had to call Green Magic Pest Control again in the same week and this time it was for tiny ants inside the house. Derek Hersker came out to spray the interior and exterior. He asked if he could come earlier, something I really appreciated. He was very thorough in his spraying of my home and also on the exterior, front and back yards. This young man was very personable, professional and when I asked him questions about the spray, he was very well versed in what he was applying. As I stated before, I had used this company at another home in the valley a couple of years ago and they are my go to exterminators now that I live here. This spray is plant based and is harmless to pets and people. That really set my mind at ease because I am against any chemicals that may harm my pets or me.I will be using this company for all my pest control needs in the future. They are so reasonable in their pricing and their technicians are exceptional.
We’ve been with Green Magic for a few years and can’t say enough great things about them. The only bugs we ever see are the dead kind. Our current guy Derek is incredibly friendly and thorough. He’s always keeping me updated when he’s arriving and done with the service. Great company for sure
Green Magic has been great. Their service techs are always very respectful of my property and they've all been very polite. The communication about my scheduled service is very helpful and is sent in a timely manner. I've not had any pest issues since we've been with them.
I have been using Green Magic for years and recommend them to my neighbors friends and family. They are wonderful from their employees both in office and the technicians that come out.I have not had bugs (roaches, spiders nor scorpions) in my house since I started using them.Derek Hersker has been my technician the last few times and he is thorough respectful and very nice. He gets into al the crevices and back areas. He also got my cobwebs down under my awning. I appreciate this service. They come out every 3 months for me.?? the best!!This time Jacob Clanton was my tech was also awesome!
