Landon from Quell pest control helped me with the pest control needs. He was very professional and met me before starting the work. He did a detailed review of the property and did the needful. After the service, he explained all the work he had done and provided a few suggestions to keep the treatment effective. He was more than willing to be back if the treatment was not effective and I continue to see issues. I am happy with the professionalism of Langdon and the the other representatives from Quell who were in touch with me from the time I signed up for the seevice and keeping me posted on what I can expect and when the service professional would be at my property.

We have been using Quell for over two years, so far it's going great! Very reasonable pricing vs competition. We had green mango before and spent almost twice as much and not as effective. We own two homes one in Goodyear and one in Gilbert. We service both homes using Quell. Great company! My dogs have never gotten sick with the products they use. Always on time, professional and very knowledgeable reps. One particular rep we love is Landon. He is friendly and very efficient.

Richard was very thorough in his application of the product, as well as communicative. He text me he was on his way to ensure it was a good time to come. This was our first time using the company so I came out to introduce myself once he arrived. He was friendly and asked if there were any questions I had and suggested a few things. I really appreciate this level of courtesy and professionalism. Obviously this review is on the customer service and level of care they take in their work.
